i took amelia's car down.
she rented a FIAT for a week.

i drove it, and it's testified.

and i had a bad experience driving out of TM carpark just now.
sab says it's the worst driving experience i ever had.

I suppose i had wonderful weekends.
I slept at 6am for consecutive 2 days.
Trust me, it's not fun at all when you've to drive around the next day.
and coffee makes me high.

Clinic.
there isnt anything i wanna mention particularly.
one thing, don't drink and drive.
but if you must, don't get caught.
I went for the latter.
I didn't get caught.
and I don't think I drank that much too.
wasn't high or anything.
but it was a good experience knowing some new friends and saw many old friends.

i received a call from NUS this morning regarding the German SEP (Student Exchange Programme) LPP (Language Preparation Programme).
i'm given a place to learn German in my Yr 1 and obligated to go for SEP to Austria, Belguim, France, Germany or Switzerland during my Yr 2 or 3 for 1-2 sem.
well. looking at the language i'm doing, isn't it likely that i'm going Germany? (world cup's long over!!)
hmmm.
i really want to go Switzerland lor.
anyway, i've accepted their offer after discussing with my mum, then my dad..
consulted sab too.
she's asking for birks!

now i need to learn how to take care of myself.
honestly speaking, i don't even know i'm ready for it.
but since it's a rare opportunity and crappps, i'm so blooody heng to get a place, it wld be pure dumb-ness to reject.

actually, it's the driving license to blame.
without a license, i wldn't have stayed out late cos midnight cab fares are ridiculous.

new printer

i bought my new printer.
it's actually a printer cum scanner cum copier and it can print photos as well.
cool righttt.
the last time i used a printer was donkey years ago.
and i managed to print my first document after like 30 mins of installation and crap work.
seriously, i never love operating printers.
they feel like there're gonna screw my work anytime.
the sound they produce when they're printing sound as if they gonna break down soon.
i just hate the IT world.
they don't like me, i don't like them either.
haha.

and yes.
it's my MUMMY'S BDAE! (coincide with joel's too, but joel's not the point here)

though i didn't buy her any present (as always), she knows that i do want her to be happy.

just be glad that i already got my license while many others are still trying very hard.
be contented.
however, problems don't stop just there.
with a license, the direct following problem will be a CAR.
which is definitely a bigger issue than getting the sickening license.
yeah.
sometimes, without license is a good thing.
first, you don't have to worry abt getting a car (esp when sch is at clementi and you stay pasir ris)
secondly, you don't have to be the last to reach home after sending everyone. (not complaining abt sending everyone, dont misunderstand)
thirdly, you get to be driven around (cos all ur frens already have their licenses)
lastly, your dad shld save quite abit on petrol. (on average, i use 1 tank of petrol per week which costs close to 90 bucks.)

we went Obar after our dinner at Astons.
Astons is quite a nice place for people not intending to spend too much on dinner.
we ordered quite abit and totally bill only sum up to $121.40 for 10 of us.
reasonable heh?
or at least it saves us more money for Obar and cab fares.
fyi, we had a no car outing and main transport was the CAB!

let me talk abt my driving skills for the past 4mths and 2 weeks.
not too good.
cos just ytd, i almost got into an accident while going for supper at katong area.
just as i thot the 3 girls can be good testament of my driving skills.
i had to do something wrong.
sheeesh.

back to the "accident"..
apparently i was going to turn left at a filter lane according to amelia's instruction,
i forgot to check my left blindspot. (ameal gives instruction last min la, haha)
and damn, my car was so close to the van.
if wasnt for his(the van driver) alertness, both vehicles probably crashed.

so lucky!
it's abt time i put in some effort while driving.

checking blindspots are important.
no wonder testers are so particular about it during TP.
4 demerit points per blind spot.

apart from the mini accident, i striked kerb while turning out from my house's carpark.
felt so noob.
it can't possibly be the 6 days that i didn't drive right?
what the crap.
and so i'm tired of driving.

but the thought of expensive fuel, i try to curb a lil.
not to accelerate too much.
however, nothing goes below 80km/h if i'm driving at night.
the roads are so straight and empty.

i tried drink driving before too.
but i was sober.
just that probably the alcohol content in my body exceeded the alcohol limit.
i scratched my dad's car too.
and other's car while parking, ONCE!
that was so long ago.
probably the 1st month when i got my license.
i drive for 4 months already!

The SP game is something so stupid la.
the camp tried to match-make us.

and there's gift-exchange part which i received a taka jewelery necklace from him.

i had to break camp earlier than my group mates cos i took joyce's dad's car back.
while my groupmates went vivo with their lagguages, i was at home sleeping.
i missed my bed all the time i was in camp.
and the food.
and unlimited time to bathe.
and a dry/clean body throughout.
ARGH.
that's so much for camp.

have been procastinating for days already.
anyway.
sports camp was the best camp i ever attended.
seriously, no camp can match up to it la.
although, sleep was sacrificed which made me hate this camp a lil.
and several occassions, i wanted to call drivers to drive me back lor!
but no.
i love this camp.

so yeah.
my house won the best house!

kinda expected actually cos we did lotsa disgusting forfeits to earn the points.

i'm back from camp.
i'm totally exhausted.
the camp was one of the best camps i ever attended.

this weekend has been quite eventful for me.
had pre-camp dinner with group mates and i was abit shocked to see the number of meridians attending this camp as well.
it's presumed that the whole NUS is flooded with meridians.
which can be a good and bad thing.
of course, i hope for the former.
we'll see we'll see.

anyway, i didnt cancel my zouk outing.
went ahead with yc, sl and kc.
okay, it's just weird to go with 3 guys butttt...
i met amelia and van there.
alot of funny and interesting things happened.
like we saw 2 gays kissing so romantically.. YUCKS.
btw, they're short and plump gays.. THANK GOD
